I cannot sing the praises of Bobby Poth and his team at Mainframe loud enough. After two years of looking on both Florida coasts (including serious flirtations with both Pompano Beach and Venice Beach), we fell in love with the Clearwater/St. Petersburg. Bobby came highly recommended to us by another realtor, but we really didn’t know anything about him. From our first conversation, he seemed to “get us.” He wasn’t just interested in the usual things, but he clearly wanted to identify what we needed to thrive and find joy in our new home. The materials that he prepared for our search were superlative…complete, organized, and well researched. We spent 2.5 days crisscrossing the two cities, taking in Bobby’s “masterclass” on the area (he is a native of St. Pete, which really helped us). We ultimately found a place that was perfect. We aren’t experienced with real estate, but Bobby carefully walked us through the buying process, so it was far less daunting. Everything seemed to be moving along perfectly. Then, at the 11th hour, we hit a snag between the underwriter and the condo association. With the deal seemingly dying before our eyes and lots of people panicking, Bobby calmly found a way through with another underwriter. He is a true miracle worker. We now have a place that we adore at a price we adore. I look back at the entire buying process, and I can’t believe how lucky we were to have had Bobby at our sides. His knowledge, preparation, and real estate savvy can’t be beat. Oh, and did I mention that he is an extremely nice guy? He is funny, well-spoken, and genuinely kind. His team—particularly Alex Clarke and Rachel Bivens—are equally amazing. A++ (and there is no grade inflation here…Bobby earned every bit of this praise)
